Rangnick speaks after Watford draw
After a quiet transfer window in the winter, it is expected that Manchester United will experience an extremely busy summer market. Because not only want to bring in a classy central striker, the Old Trafford team also plans to upgrade many other areas in the squad.
It is known that coach Ralf Rangnick wants to strengthen Man Utd’s right-back position with a star capable of supporting better attacks. Obviously, Aaron Wan-Bissaka has not shown any improvement this season, and Diogo Dalot’s cross is not really appreciated.
The BBC, citing sources from Fichajes, said that Rangnick had recommended a talented defender to the leadership of Man Utd, Nordi Mukiele, a star on the payroll of RB Leipzig. This season, the French player has been directly involved in four of Leipzig’s goals in all competitions. Although not too impressive, but this parameter of course shows his superiority compared to Dalot or Wan-Bissaka.
It is expected that Leipzig cannot demand too high a fee for Mukiele’s service, in the context that the contract between the two sides will officially expire next summer. Currently, the former Montpellier star is being valued by Transfermarkt at about 25 million euros.
