The Portuguese striker is ready to leave Man Utd next summer, if the Red Devils do not have a place in the Champions League.

Ronaldo’s hat-trick at Old Trafford

Over the weekend, Man Utd suffered a heavy 1-4 defeat against Man City in the Manchester derby. This defeat caused the Old Trafford team to lose 4th place to Arsenal. The Red Devils are currently 1 point behind the Gunners in the rankings, but have played 3 more matches than the London Gunners.

Cristiano Ronaldo caused controversy when he was not on the registration list for the match against Man City. Coach Ralf Rangnick revealed CR7 has hip problems. However, the 37-year-old superstar did not march with the Red Devils to the Etihad. Many sources believe that Ronaldo has returned to Portugal, surprising his teammates.

 Ronaldo identified a new stop.

Recently, the BBC, citing sources from Football Transfers, said that Ronaldo had planned to move to PSG , if Man Utd did not attend the Champions League next season. The report said that over the weekend CR7 returned to Portugal to prepare a plan for its next step. The possibility of returning to join Sporting Lisbon is also ruled out.

Ronaldo has 15 goals in all competitions for Man Utd, but most of them have come from the first six months of the season. CR7’s performance in the last 2 months is alarming, when he only scored 1 goal after 10 matches. Some sources said that the 37-year-old striker did not attend the Manchester derby because he was not able to start from the beginning.
